Inclusion Advisory Council

The JPL Inclusion Advisory Committee collaborates across the Laboratory with employees, managers, projects, programs, and the Executive Council (EC) to ensure that every voice is valued; employees have a sense of belonging and connection with one another and to JPL.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) contribute to the Laboratory’s strategies to promote an inclusive culture committed to continued mission success. Employees come together to network, partner with hiring managers to attract and support a diverse workforce, provide opportunities for dialogue, educate, and create opportunities for mentoring and career development.  JPL has seven ERGs:
